Cooper is an Associate Financial Planner with Little & Davies Insurance & Financial Planning proudly based in Victoria, BC. His work is specialized around building personalized financial plans that help individuals, families, and business owners achieve lasting financial security and confidence.

He began his career in Private Wealth Management at the age of 19 while pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Victoria. Since then, he has dedicated himself to guiding clients through important financial decisions and has developed a deep understanding of how to simplify complex financial topics into actionable strategies.

Whether assisting with tax-efficient investing, retirement planning, corporate structuring, or estate preservation, Cooper approaches each client relationship with professionalism and purpose. Outside of work, Cooper enjoys playing golf, exploring the beauty of BC, and traveling, often spending his free time with family and friends both locally and abroad.
